Our story in Nairobi
Bellim Ageham Mer prepares Kenyan manufacturers, processors and service companies for management system certification.
The failure mode we were set up to avoid is the binder system: a manual written by a consultant, approved by an auditor, and ignored by everyone from the week after the certificate arrives.
We document the process the company actually runs, correct the parts that genuinely need correcting, and train the people who will maintain it once we leave.
